May 10, 2011 – New York and Beijing – Shinetech Software Inc., a leading offshore application outsourcing provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Vanderpool as Vice President of Global Operations.Reporting to Jerry Zhang, Chief Executive Officer, John will join the Shinetech Executive Management Team, leading the Global Operations strategy for Shinetech.

John brings over 10 years of business and operational leadership experience to his position at Shinetech. Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations for a global professional services company focused on Agile and Lean consulting and transformation services to Global 1000 clients. Previously, John was with Exigen Services where he was Director of Global Operations, and was an integral member of the leadership team helping to drive record revenue growth. John has also held various operational positionswith leading global services and outsourcing organizations, as well as with cutting edge software companies including netNumina (Keane), Octagon Research Solutions and SupplyScape.John is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and active member of the Scrum Alliance.
